Emu Plain Little Athletics Club will be conducting registrations for new and returning members on the dates set out below. Registrations processed on the following dates will be discounted $5 per individual registration. Registrations post these dates will not be discounted. New members will need to provide proof of date of birth such as a birth certificate or passport. Evidence of this just needs to be sighted by the registering officer and is not retained by the club.

Additional to the registration fee is also a fund raising levy of $20 per family. The money raised is used to maintain the facilities of the club. The fund raising levy is an up front cost and does away with alternative fund raising methods such as selling chocolates.

All members are required to wear the club's uniform when attending club meets and inter club meets. Cost of a complete uniform is $50. Individual items (tops & shorts) are $25 each.

You can also register online. Online registrations are not discounted. The online registration system has been setup to accept registrations for Tiny Tots, U6s through to U17s (this season EPLAC is trialing U16s & U17s memberships) as well as Family registrations of up to six children. If you are registering more than six members as part of your family then do not use the fee paying online service. This service offers two methods of registration; fee paying and non-fee paying:

• fee paying
  • register and pay online using your credit card.
  • print out your receipt and registration details and
  • bring along to one of the registration days to collect your registration number, age patch and other particulars as well as purchase your uniform if necessary
  • you will also to need pay the fund raising levy as this is not offered online
  • you will not need to fill out the registration form however and can proceed straight to the registration desk.
• non-fee paying
  • the same as fee paying only that the registration fee will be paid at one of the registraion days
  • again you will not need to fill out the registration form however and can proceed straight to the registration desk.

Registrations costs are:

• Tiny Tots $55 per child
• U6s to U17s $80 for the 1st member, $60 for the second & $55 thereafter
• A Fund Raising Levy of $20 per family also appllies
• A $5 per member discount appllies to those registering at the registraion sessions. Registration made after these dates or online are not subjcted
